This 2-kilowatt-hour (kWh) extension packs 2000Wh into a compact, modular form. Users can connect up to five units to the DJI Power 1000, achieving a combined capacity of 11 kWh and delivering consistent power output at 2400 watts.
A Versatile Power Solution for Remote and Everyday Needs
While these portable batteries are convenient for household use, they become essential tools for photographers and videographers working in isolated environments. Without a wall socket nearby, creatives can rely on this solution to recharge their gear. Even outside remote settings, the system supports long-duration projects like multi-day timelapse photography, ensuring uninterrupted operation for cameras and other devices.
The system is easy to set up, featuring a single-sided wiring design that simplifies stacking. DJI has incorporated safety-focused technologies, including lithium iron phosphate cells that enable up to 4,000 charging cycles. An Intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) monitors connected units, maintaining safe operating temperatures and extending overall battery lifespan.
